1. About these terms

Polyflow is a content-operations tool operated by Videomite Reklamcılık ve Prodüksiyon Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Videomite", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Polyflow at polyflow.videomite.tech and of its demonstration at demo.polyflow.videomite.tech. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Polyflow.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

Polyflow uses YouTube API Services. By using Polyflow, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Polyflow accesses, collects, stores, uses and shares, and how you can revoke its access. By using Polyflow you accept the Privacy Policy.

4. Who may use Polyflow

Polyflow is a work tool for Videomite staff and for people Videomite has invited. You can only sign in with an account an administrator has invited. The demo is available to anyone who has received an access code from Videomite. Polyflow is not intended for children.

5. Your account

You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your Google account, and any demo access code, to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used them. An administrator decides which teams and channels you can see and edit, and can change or end your access at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• use Polyflow only for the channels Videomite manages and only within the access you were given;
• review every change before you publish it to YouTube, including any AI suggestion;
• comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines and the law, and only upload content you have the right to publish.

You agree not to:

• try to reach data or channels you were not given access to, or get around Polyflow's security;
• use Polyflow to send spam, misleading metadata or content that infringes anyone's rights;
• copy, scrape or resell data from Polyflow, or use automated means to access it;
• interfere with Polyflow, or with YouTube or Google services through Polyflow.

7. YouTube and your content

Polyflow changes nothing on YouTube by itself. It writes a change to YouTube only when a person presses Publish or Upload, and every video uploaded through Polyflow is uploaded as private. YouTube remains the source of truth for each channel, and your use of YouTube through Polyflow is subject to YouTube's terms and policies. The content on the channels belongs to its rights holders; these terms do not transfer any ownership of it.

8. AI suggestions

Polyflow can prepare suggestions for titles, descriptions, tags, translations, thumbnails and short clips with Google's Gemini API. A suggestion is only a preview: it may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for checking it before you publish it. Nothing is saved to YouTube until a person reviews it and presses Publish.

9. The demo

The demo contains only invented channels and videos, does not connect to YouTube, Google Drive or any AI service, and is reset every night. Anything you do there is deleted at the next reset.

10. Availability and changes

We provide Polyflow as it is and as available, and we may change, suspend or stop any part of it. Polyflow depends on YouTube and Google services and on their limits, such as daily API quotas, which can delay or block an action.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Videomite gives no warranty that Polyflow will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending access

You may stop using Polyflow at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if YouTube or Google require it. Sections 7, 11 and 13 continue to apply after your access ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and tell users in Polyflow before the change applies. The date at the top shows the current version.
